SUMMER READING PROGRAM - MAKE WAVES (For Teens)

Make Waves - Read

Penny-A-Page Project

Welcome to the Penny-A-Page Project. The object of this project is to raise money for the new library's building fund. There are two parts to this project. The first part of the project is to gather sponsors. A sponsor is someone who pledges to pay you a penny for every page that you read. You can gather as many sponsors as desired. A sponsor can pledge to pay you a penny per page with no page limit, or they can designate a maximum page limit that they will pay you for. The second part of the project is to record the number of pages that you read between May 21st and July 24th.
Prizes will be awarded to the Teen and Adult who raises the most money. Also prizes will go to the Teen and Adult who reads the most pages. Money can be brought in as it is collected, or when the page reading logs are turned in.
Let's race and see who can raise the most money and read the most pages the Teens or the Adults.

The race is on.
